Steak and rice casserole

Enter your email to signup for the Cooks. Drain well, add rice, salt, pepper. In small bowl mix together tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, steak and rice casserole mustard.

3 of cabbage in 3 qt. Top with remaining beef mixture and remaining cabbage. Pour tomato sauce mixture over the top, do not stir. Let it stand at room temperature for about 20 min. I used ground turkey and added 1 tbsp.

This is a gold star recipe. I also used a slighly larger pan. I changed: added 1 can condensed tomoato soup and I mixed it all together and poured it into a deep casserole dish instead of layering into deep casserole dish. I added diced carrots, which very much complimented the dish.
