Pressure cooker pork chops

When I was younger, my mom made these delicious pressure-cooker pork ribs for special Saturday dinners. Now I pressure cooker pork chops prepare them on any weeknight! Select saute setting on a 3- or 6-qt.

What slow cooker did you use? For this recipe, I used my 3 quart Casserole Crock. 13 pan but in the form of a slow cooker. The insert is oven safe which means you can easily finish off a slow cooker recipe in the oven.

Stir the flour, broth and soy sauce into the onion mixture. Pour into slow cooker and add in the bay leaf. Nestle the pork chops into the sauce and lightly salt and pepper them. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-5 hours. Transfer pork chops to serving platter and tent loosely with foil. Discard bay leaf and then stir vinegar into sauce in slow cooker.

What size slowcooker would you recommend? You can use a 4, 5 or 6 quart slow cooker for this recipe! I don’t have a slow cooker, Can I made this recipe in a Pressure cooker or on top of the stove and at what temperature and for how long? I’m sure you could make it in the pressure cooker. I would cook 1-2 minutes with natural release. Can’t wait to try these out.

I love making pork chops in the slow cooker, they always turn out nice and tender. Adding this recipe to the menu! I need to make about a dozen boneless pork ribs and another dozen pork chops in a slow cooker. From your recipes, the ribs have to cook twice as long as the chops. So, would it work if I cooked the ribs for 3 hrs.
