Gracie Jones was born and raised in a small family in Liberty City, with just her, her brother, and her parents. Her father worked as an officer for the LCPD, while her mother stayed at home and raised her and her brother.
Oftentimes, her father would tell her and her brother about his encounters with the various gangs that resided in Liberty City. She grew up, successful in school and excelled in the liberal arts, particularly public policy. Once she turned 18, she moved out and decided to pave her own path and move to another city to get a fresh start. She packed her bags and moved to Los Santos, where she hoped to start a new life and become successful. She settled in, living in a small, run-down apartment in the inner city. Carless and friendless, she ran around the city, completing small jobs to get enough money to survive and supplement her daily checks. She put aside her pride to become a lumberjack, and made a solid stack of money from doing so.
Finally, she was able to afford to buy an Ingot. Blissfully unaware of the city’s gang life, she colored her car pink and also wore pink. One day, Gracie parked her Ingot next to Mission Row. Two Italian-looking guys came walking down the stairs of PD, spotting her and walking over her to have a chat. They introduced themselves as Nick Falcone and Jesse King. Gesturing to the color of her car, they immediately questioned her, asking her if she was a Rebel.
She dismissed the claims, not even knowing or had met a Rebel in the city. Later that day, Nick texted her and sent her his location in a sketchy-looking place near Sandy Shores. Apprehensive, she drove there and met the two men she had met earlier, as well as a new man, named Tristan Colombo. They told her they were starting a new gang, named the Colombos. Gracie agreed to join them as a hangaround, and unbeknownst to her this would change her life forever. More and more people joined the secretive gang, and before they knew it they were running a nifty hit squad of people, contesting weed sales and hitting HQs.
Gracie got closer to Nick and Tristan, and they became best friends. This was also when they met Bert Neves, a fellow security guard at Friday Night Fights and a top-secret gun seller. He joined the Colombos to spearhead gun deals, and also became close with the three. Crows, Rebels, and Bratva waged war against Parabellum, which was why Nick and Tristan had left Good Family to make a name for themselves as Good Family temporarily merged with Parabellum to help them fight the war. After a month of fighting, the war ended with Parabellum paying reparations to the winning side, while Good Family recovered from the temporary loss of their members. Gracie joined Good Family, along with Tristan, Nick, and Bert. They quickly became close with the current membership of Good Family, and started becoming strong again after the war.
Tristan and Nick left Los Santos to go on a trip to do a gun deal with a dealer across the border in Mexico, which also gave many hardships to Gracie in the absence of her friends. Soon after, she was then promoted to sergeant and put in charge of the hangarounds. Of course, she also began making friends in other gangs, even the enemy ones. This created some conflict within Good Family, as she would often hang out with her friends in other gangs when not actively with Good Family.
