Thanks for sharing this recipe with all of us. Sorry, but my veggies MUST be diced. Diced onion, diced tomato, diced pickles.

And another must have is the hot red pepper relish. I can’t wait to try this recipe, looks so yum! But, I’m not sure my Cardiologist would think I should be eating this. But, maybe have one each quarter?
