Broiled chicken breast tossed in our homemade buffalo sauce on a generous portion of greens tossed with grape tomatoes, dressed with our house buffalo ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles. Fresh cut California Romaine lettuce, hand tossed in our homemade caesar dressing, with croutons and shredded parmesan. Deep fried naked, tossed in Chef Patrick’s sauce and char grilled. Deep fried naked, tossed in homemade sauce. Served with homemade bleu cheese sauce and celery. Marinated with fresh lemon, garlic and a touch of pepper.

Never deep fried, char-broiled all the way! 2 fresh Grade A chicken cut into four pieces, hand breaded and deep fried. Served with french fries and homemade coleslaw. 2 fresh Grade A roasted seasoned chicken, served with homemade mashed potatoes and green beans. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and biscuits. 2 boneless breasts brushed with EVOO, lightly seasoned and char-broiled.
